About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help plan and coordinate events, activations, pop-ups, and partnership moments
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, samples, RSVPs, and run-of-show
  • Provide on-site support including setup, guest experience, sampling, and pack-down
  • Track guest lists, deliveries, timelines, and other event details
  • Capture photo and video content at events for social and community use
  • Support coordination and administration for the events and community calendar
  • Help engage and support the IM8 community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in events, community, marketing, or brand
  • Warm and people-first approach
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Comfortable communicating in English
  • Available to work on-site in Miami
  • Available for occasional evening or weekend events
  • Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity is nice to have
