About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain a deep understanding of AAC users, communication partners, professionals, and industry trends
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and support product strategy
- Maintain and prioritize stakeholder and customer needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to define products and features aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and performance metrics while proactively addressing risks and obstacles
- Gather and communicate stakeholder feedback throughout the product development process
- Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Support product compliance requirements and address related stakeholder needs
- Communicate product updates, new features, and known issues to stakeholders
- Manage external vendors and subcontractors as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Speech-Language Pathology, Engineering, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating and/or collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Continuous improvement mindset with willingness to investigate issues and recommend solutions
- Adaptable and flexible, able to navigate changing priorities
- Positive attitude and ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations
