Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
Ensure alignment across scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Proactively manage risks and drive problem-solving
Plan, execute, and close projects against defined objectives
Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
Assemble and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or related field required
Minimum of 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, or MURAL
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams
