About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Load and unload product into an assigned vehicle safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner while maintaining a clean company vehicle
Understand PRIDE’s capabilities and recognize customer needs to grow customer relationships
Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimize excess and obsolete inventory
Track and compile data and documents, provide follow-up, and obtain necessary information and documents from external sources
Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport customer products to designated locations
Follow established routes and schedules to deliver products to customer sites safely, timely, and professionally
Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using guides to diagnose and fix issues
Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically for delivery
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Replenish products in customer facilities and vending machines according to schedules or customer requests
Manage customer inquiries, order status, production, shipping, and scheduling issues
Fulfill orders and manage product inventory levels, including loading and transporting products from the warehouse to customer sites
Provide sales support and communicate with third-party customers at different leadership levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar
Must have a satisfactory driving record
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers, including written communication skills using appropriate business English
Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team
Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices including ability to communicate with phone, text and email
Basic troubleshooting ability
Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills
Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
Ability to maneuver in and around the warehouse; bend and stoop; lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds; pull or push up to 75 pounds; use a pallet jack and box truck; view computer screens; operate technology at home and in the field; operate delivery vehicles; climb in and out of vehicles
