About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Load and unload product into an assigned vehicle safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner while maintaining a clean company vehicle
  • Understand PRIDE’s capabilities and recognize customer needs while aligning both to grow customer relationships
  • Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimize exposure to excess and obsolete inventory
  • Track and compile data and documents, provide follow-up, and obtain necessary information and documents from external sources
  • Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently to transport customer products to designated locations
  • Follow established routes and schedules by delivering products to customer sites safely, timely, and professionally
  • Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using guides to diagnose and fix issues
  • Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically for delivery
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Replenish products in customer facilities and vending machines according to a pre-designated schedule and/or customer requests
  • Manage customer relationships through timely research and response to inquiries, order status, and production, shipping, and scheduling issues
  • Fulfill orders and manage product inventory levels, including loading and transporting products from the warehouse to customer sites
  • Provide sales support to third-party customers at different leadership levels
  • Work independently, navigate to various locations, maintain inventory accuracy, and safely operate assigned vehicles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar
  • Must have a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers, including written communication skills using appropriate business English
  • Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team
  • Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices including ability to communicate with phone, text and email
  • Basic troubleshooting ability
  • Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills
  • Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
  • Ability to maneuver in and around the warehouse
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to pull or push up to 75 pounds
  • May require use of a pallet jack and boxed truck
  • Ability to view computer screen
  • Ability to operate technology both at home and in field
  • Ability to operate delivery vehicles
  • Ability to climb in and out of vehicle
  • Ability to work in non-traditional hours
