About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
Co-pack and assemble parts
Ensure production requirements and standards are met consistently
Increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
Complete packaging tasks including product packaging, box assembly, packing, and taping
Operate equipment correctly and maintain it with care, including ink jet equipment, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and case sealers
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
Observe safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
Follow written and verbal instructions
Attend safety and production trainings
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior production/packing related work experience preferred
Basic mathematical ability
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests
Human relations skills to build effective working relationships
Demonstrated customer service, problem solving, and common-sense skills
Ability to maneuver in and around equipment
Ability to bend and stoop
Ability to push carts up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Ability to use a pallet jack
Ability to lift boxes or equipment up to 40 pounds
Compliance with ITAR regulations as a condition of employment
Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency may be required
Satisfactory completion of security background checks
