Seasonal Delivery Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Replenish products in customer facilities and vending machines according to schedules and customer requests
- Perform order processing, customer relations, account management, strategy, and sales support
- Research and respond to customer inquiries, order status questions, and production, shipping, and scheduling issues
- Fulfill orders and manage product inventory levels
- Load and transport products from the warehouse to customer sites
- Load and unload products safely and maintain a clean company vehicle
- Understand PRIDE’s capabilities and recognize customer needs to grow customer relationships
- Record and adjust inventory using customer software
- Track and compile data and documents, follow up, and obtain information from external sources
- Operate delivery vehicles and follow established routes and schedules
- Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using diagnostic guides
- Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar
- Satisfactory driving record
- Effective verbal and written communication using appropriate business English
- Human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team
- Basic mathematical ability, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Intermediate computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and Apple devices
- Ability to communicate using phone, text, and email
- Basic troubleshooting ability
- Customer service, problem-solving, and common-sense skills
- Flexibility regarding schedule changes and work durations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state, and/or contract requirements
- Ability to maneuver in and around a warehouse; bend and stoop; lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds; pull or push up to 75 pounds; use a pallet jack and box truck; view computer screens; operate technology at home and in the field; operate delivery vehicles; climb in and out of vehicles
- Ability to work non-traditional hours
