Key responsibilities & impact

Provide tailored and individualized job coaching for people with disabilities
Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace
Coach and train employees in learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks
Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with service providers
Communicate progress toward goals
Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies
Perform assigned duties and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software
Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, written, and presentation software
Ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility
Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
High School Diploma or GED
CPR/First Aid may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
Ability to view computer screens/monitors, keyboard, maneuver around equipment, bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and move or lift boxes up to 25 pounds
Ability to transport to various locations within customer sites as needed for some positions
