About the role

- Coach and train workplace skills needed for success
- Coach and train individuals to learn and perform essential job functions
- Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with service providers
- Communicate progress toward goals
- Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork
- Perform assigned duties and special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software
- Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, written, and presentation software
- Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems
- Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/First Aid may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
- Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
- Ability to view computer screen/monitor
- Ability to perform keyboarding
- Ability to maneuver to and around equipment
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach
- Ability to move or lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Ability to transport to various locations within customer sites as needed for some positions
