About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve sales and market share growth through relationship building, product education, business strategy development, and support for Quantum Providers and Rehab Facilities within an assigned geographical area and account base
  • Establish strong clinical respect and presence with therapists and decision makers within the rehab community
  • Build relationships with Quantum and Pride Providers and Rehab Facilities through business meetings, product education, and demo facilitation
  • Work closely with Rehab Professionals and Clinicians on daily mobility assessments for rehab clients
  • Communicate with Rehab Product Support Associates, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to fulfill Rehab provider needs
  • Achieve revenue goals and sales quotas
  • Establish strategic action plans to increase product market share and exceed sales expectations
  • Identify Unrealized Sales Opportunities for all business lines, especially Quantum, within the assigned account base and referral sources
  • Develop strategic travel/call rotations within the assigned geographical area
  • Observe safety and security rules and report accidents, incidents, or injuries
  • Complete annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Focus on continuous improvement and demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to demonstrate and troubleshoot product
  • Ability to work with multiple departments as a cross-functional team
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to travel overnight, drive extensively, fulfill after-hours requirements, and transport demo equipment as business needs dictate
  • Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of the clinician’s role in equipment considerations and the decision-making process in rehab facility systems
  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and training skills
  • Intermediate mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills
  • At least 2 years of experience with direct patient contact conducting and/or observing mobility evaluations and equipment considerations in a Rehabilitation and/or Clinical setting, OR at least 5 years of direct patient contact in a Rehabilitation and/or Clinical setting as a Clinician with a vast understanding of clinical diagnoses as they relate to Quantum/Pride product users
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Associate Degree in a Health Care related field OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experience
