About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Field Sales as a comprehensive team to develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products
  • Train, develop, and support Rehab products, including Q Logic electronics, for customers, therapists, and VA facilities
  • Communicate with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to fulfill Rehab provider needs in the assigned Field Sales territory
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to provide training and presentations on Quantum Products, with a focus on Q Logic electronics
  • Assist with education presentations and technical training in the territory
  • Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns
  • Report field data regarding growth opportunities to Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Manager
  • Maintain inventory of demo chairs, electronics, and accessories needed in the field
  • Manage time and territory cost-effectively
  • Submit monthly expenses and weekly travel itineraries
  • Assist providers and technical staff with troubleshooting and repairs of field units
  • Participate in VA clinics and VA-related activities
  • Observe safety and security rules and promptly report accidents, incidents, or injuries
  • Complete Annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Focus on continuous improvement and demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to work with multiple departments as a cross-functional team
  • Ability to assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices
  • Ability to travel for the company and transport demo equipment as business needs dictate
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent web navigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning, customer service, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferred
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with Electro-Mechanical Applications in a Health Care Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Production environment, or an Associate Degree in a related Health Care field in lieu of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of a related Associate Degree
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • At least 2 years of experience within the Mobility Industry preferred
  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
  • Associate Degree in a Health Care related field preferred
  • Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification preferred
