About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate a side boom and various other equipment safely and effectively
  • Move and set pipe
  • Move materials/equipment, snow, and dirt
  • Load and unload materials
  • Complete pre-job equipment inspections
  • Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
  • Comply with Company and Client Safety rules and OH&S standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be in possession of a valid operator’s card for the equipment utilized
  • Must have 5+ years' experience operating equipment on an industrial work site
  • Experience working in tight spaces is considered an asset
  • CSO required
  • Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Pre-employment alcohol and drug testing is a condition of employment
