About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate maintenance operations across stations within the GPLc division
Manage operating budgets related to the assigned scope of responsibility
Implement a continuous improvement process for the use of resources
Optimize budget utilization
Ensure compliance with the process for creating and receiving purchase requisitions (DA) in ARYBA
Ensure equipment processes and performance levels at customer sites
Keep control plans up to date (RI, VEPS, metrology inspections, maintenance providers and contractors)
Monitor the daily activities of national maintenance providers and external and internal contractors
Conduct semi-annual and annual performance reviews with each national maintenance provider and external contractor
Oversee the implementation of national and regional action plans during field visits to stations
Implement actions decided during GPLc management meetings
Ensure communication with support teams: DOP, EFO, EBO and Logistics
Report to the QHSE Department via ECO ONLINE and GUEPARR

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education qualification in engineering, business and/or technical sales
Ability to build, lead and maintain a strong network of internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Natural ability to take initiative
Expertise in negotiation
Proficiency in public speaking and motivating groups
Strategic perspective and strong coaching skills to support change
Pragmatic approach, strong analytical and summarization skills, and creativity
Valid driving licence required
Must be based between the west coast and south-east of France
Willingness to travel across half of France
Valid residence permit authorizing employment in France
