About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform administrative and operational activities for the Personal Department
- Fully process payroll for employees under Brazilian labor law (CLT), interns, independent contractors, and domestic workers
- Calculate payroll-related charges and ancillary obligations, including INSS, Digital FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, and DCTFWeb
- Handle onboarding, terminations, and vacation calculations
- Assist with client support and a variety of routine activities
- Monitor collective bargaining agreements and legal updates
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security obligations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of prior experience in the Personal Department/payroll administration area
- Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
- Attention to detail
- Good communication, teamwork, and people skills
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Knowledge of the Domínio/Onvio system is desirable
- Experience in an accounting firm is desirable
- Intermediate Excel skills
- University degree (as specified in the job posting registration)
