About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and control energy and water utility bills
- Support area analysts with operational and administrative activities related to energy management
- Monitor and control access credentials (logins and passwords) for utility distributor portals
- Monitor and analyze pending bills, anticipating potential discrepancies and required follow-up actions
- Track the status of active and inactive units
- Monitor impacts resulting from changes in account ownership for consumer units
- Assist with energy consumption measurement processes
- Support the validation of data integrated into metering systems
- Control the receipt of pending bills after data integration and process closure
- Perform testing in the Prime Web system’s user acceptance testing environment
- Support analysts with ad hoc requests and area projects
- Contribute to the organization and continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, and/or Business Administration
- Interest in the energy sector
- Data analysis skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize information and persuade stakeholders
- Organization and teamwork skills
- Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
