About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage and oversee construction and real estate projects
- Coordinate the various project stakeholders, as well as external specialist planners and service providers
- Monitor costs, schedules, and quality requirements
- Support and advise clients on technical and organizational project matters
- Take on responsibilities as part of the client representative role
- Review planning progress and technical solution approaches
- Identify potential project risks at an early stage and develop appropriate mitigation measures
- Conduct technical reviews and assessments of properties and project developments
- Support technical due diligence projects
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and decision-making papers
- Coordinate regularly with clients and all relevant project partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, mechanical and electrical services engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Initial or several years of professional experience in the construction or real estate sector
- Experience in project controls, project management, planning, or technical real estate consulting
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial interrelationships
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility for your own projects
- Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients and project partners
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with professionals from different disciplines
