About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set focused product direction with founders and technical leads
Translate customer needs and technical capabilities into product priorities
Shape the connected customer experience across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces
Partner with teams building Model Factory, inference, and sandboxes
Work directly with customers and internal researchers to identify friction and test ideas
Turn useful experiments into dependable product features
Create prototypes and product specifications
Participate in design reviews and working sessions with engineers
Measure time to first useful result, repeat usage, production adoption, and customer support needs
Use product evidence to improve the roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building and growing a technical product used by many people in production
Experience leading teams while remaining hands-on
Technical depth to prototype, work with APIs, and reason through system tradeoffs with engineers
Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms is required
Care about product usability and simplifying experiences
Design engineering experience is a big plus
Ability to learn directly from customers and write clearly
Ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete next steps
Passion for building open superintelligence
Particularly useful domain experience: training, inference, multi-agent, RL, continual learning, and/or evaluations systems
