About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete small to medium-sized client and/or product implementations, analyses, and initiatives
Drive key business outcomes through project management, business analysis, and client engagement
Coordinate and deliver assigned tasks from initiation through closure
Define scope and develop requirements
Resolve issues and mitigate risks
Support testing, operational readiness, and go-live planning and support
Support Business Integration team implementation activities and workstream delivery
Help project teams find solutions for client outlier requests and internal scope requiring additional oversight
Identify project integration tasks, resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Contribute to process documentation and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
High school diploma or GED required
2 years of project management, business analysis, or relevant work experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution and meeting facilitation
Ability to drive solutions for complex business needs, including operational and technical aspects
Familiarity with project management concepts, competencies and skills
Healthcare or PBM experience preferred
Experience leading cross-functional work efforts preferred
Must comply with security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual requirements, and internal policies and procedures
Must be able to perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available when requested
