About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare drawings from engineering and/or field markups for designers and engineers
Prepare drawings and permit exhibits
Coordinate CAD for projects
Handle initial drawing setup, submittal preparation, and ongoing project support
Assist with file management, including scanning, plotting, creating and updating project drawing lists, and general drawing management
Prepare drawings for permits
Comply with requirements by local villages, road and rail authorities, and others
Apply company and industry standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, and procedures
Archive CAD files according to company standards
Review, interpret, and implement client standards on a per-project basis
Communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of experience or technical training using AutoCAD and Revit
High school diploma required
Ability to interface and collaborate effectively with other team members
Strong organization and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit
Ability to comply with local village, road, and rail authority requirements
Ability to apply company standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, and procedures
Ability to review, interpret, and implement client standards
