About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in the field
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Manage a team of staff members in delivering their assignments
  • Prepare service proposals and engagement letters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (DSCG, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or similar)
  • 6 years of experience in accounting advisory or public accounting
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in team management and client relationship management
  • Solid knowledge of taxation
  • Enjoy taking on challenges and able to adapt to all types of environments
  • Dynamic and curious mindset
  • Proactive and able to make recommendations on client assignments and cross-functional initiatives
  • Willingness to support team members in their professional development
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in accounting and reporting tools
