About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the subject-matter expert in your field
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage a team of professionals in carrying out their assignments
- Prepare proposals and engagement letters
- Prioritize activities to meet deadlines
- Identify business development opportunities and respond to requests for proposals
- Contribute to the department’s strategy for deploying new solutions, tools, and services
- Support subsidiaries of major French and international groups with their accounting and tax management and financial reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (DSCG, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or similar)
- 6 years of experience in accounting practice at a professional services firm
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in team management and client relationship management
- Solid foundation in taxation
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to all types of environments
- Dynamic, curious, and proactive approach
- Interest in supporting employees in their professional development
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in accounting and reporting tools
