About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the subject-matter expert in your field
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Supervise a team of staff members in carrying out their assignments
- Prepare service proposals and engagement letters
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Identify business development opportunities and respond to tenders
- Contribute to the department’s strategy for deploying new tools, solutions, and services
- Support subsidiaries of major French and international groups with their accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (DSCG, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or similar)
- 6 years of experience in accounting advisory or public accounting
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in team management and client relationship management
- Solid foundation in taxation
- A passion for challenges and the ability to adapt to a wide range of environments
- Dynamic, curious, and proactive
- Able to make recommendations and contribute to client engagements and cross-functional initiatives
- Motivated to support team members in their professional development
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in accounting and reporting tools
