About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients with the reorganization and digitalization of the finance function
- Optimize performance management
- Streamline, redesign, and formalize internal processes
- Contribute to business analysis and change management assignments
- Conduct assessments and deploy accounting, treasury, and P2P/O2C tools
- Establish the finance setup for new business activities or legal entities
- Industrialize management reporting using Power BI
- Review costing models
- Deploy cash flow forecasting models
- Lead and motivate teams
- Contribute to business development, client portfolio management, requests for proposals, and the preparation of commercial proposals
- Contribute to the recruitment process and the enhancement of training programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
- Ability to facilitate workshops in both French and English
- Project management skills
- Familiarity with finance and accounting solutions, ERP, EPM, and BI tools used by large companies and mid-sized enterprises
- Strong understanding of information systems
- Ability to adapt to all types of environments
- Driven, dynamic, and curious, with a passion for challenges
- Proactive and able to make recommendations during assignments and on cross-functional initiatives
- Willingness to support colleagues in their professional development
