About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise the Finance Departments of major insurance-sector companies
- Lead major transformation projects related to changes in accounting standards, regulations, and prudential requirements
- Support clients in optimizing and improving closing and reporting processes
- Provide operational support
- Review internal control and risk management frameworks
- Contribute to the development of more junior team members
- Work on transformation, compliance, organizational, and process improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5), business school degree, or university degree
- At least 4 years of experience gained within a large company or consulting firm
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance sector, its business lines, and key processes
- Strong knowledge of national, European, and international standards and regulations
- Proficiency in IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Solvency II, and ENS
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, planning, budget management, and quality planning
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team management skills
- Autonomy, commitment, efficiency, and a strong client-service orientation
- Fluency in English
