About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients with the reorganization and digitalization of the finance function
- Optimize performance management
- Rationalize, redesign, and formalize internal processes
- Deliver PMO support and change management assignments
- Conduct assessments and deploy accounting, treasury, and P2P/O2C tools
- Set up the finance function for new business activities or legal entities
- Industrialize management reporting using Power BI
- Review costing models
- Deploy cash flow forecasting models
- Manage and lead teams
- Contribute to managing a client portfolio, responding to tenders, and preparing commercial proposals
- Participate in recruitment and strengthen training programs
- Support employees in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- Ability to lead workshops in French and English
- Project management skills
- Familiarity with finance and accounting solutions, ERP, EPM, and BI tools used by large companies and mid-sized businesses
- Good understanding of information systems
- Ability to adapt to all types of environments
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Enjoys challenges
