About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients with the reorganization and digitalization of the finance function
- Optimize performance management
- Streamline, redesign, and formalize internal processes
- Lead business analysis and project management support (AMOA), as well as change management initiatives
- Deliver specialized projects
- Conduct diagnostics and implement accounting, treasury, and P2P/O2C tools
- Establish the finance setup for new activities or legal entities
- Industrialize management reporting using Power BI
- Review costing models
- Deploy cash flow forecasting models
- Manage and motivate teams
- Contribute to business development, client portfolio management, responses to tenders, and the preparation of commercial proposals
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Contribute to the enhancement of training programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated technical expertise
- Ability to facilitate workshops in French and English
- Project management skills
- Familiarity with finance and accounting solutions, ERP, EPM, and BI tools used by large enterprises and mid-sized companies
- Strong understanding of information systems
- A passion for challenges and the ability to adapt to all types of environments
- Dynamic, curious, and proactive
- Ability to support colleagues in their professional development
