About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients’ finance departments in continuously improving their performance
Support clients in reorganizing and digitalizing the finance function
Optimize performance management
Streamline, redesign, and formalize internal processes
Deliver AMOA (business project ownership support) and change management assignments
Conduct diagnostics and deploy tools such as Anaplan and OneStream
Establish the Finance set-up for new activities or legal entities
Industrialize management reporting using Power BI
Review costing models
Deploy cash flow projection models
Lead workshops in French and English
Work independently, with appropriate supervision to ensure successful delivery of assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
At least 4 years of professional experience
Ability to lead workshops in French and English
Project management skills
Familiarity with finance solutions (ERP, EPM, BI) used by large companies and mid-sized enterprises
Strong understanding of information systems
Ability to adapt to all types of environments
A passion for tackling challenges
Dynamic and curious mindset
Ability to make proactive recommendations on client assignments and cross-functional initiatives
