About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients with the reorganization and digital transformation of the finance function
- Optimize performance management and reporting
- Streamline, redesign, and formalize internal processes
- Deliver AMOA (project ownership assistance) and change management assignments
- Conduct diagnostics and deploy solutions such as Anaplan and OneStream
- Establish the finance setup for new business activities or legal entities
- Industrialize management reporting using Power BI
- Review costing models
- Deploy cash flow forecasting models
- Facilitate workshops and work independently with appropriate guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (five years of higher education)
- At least 4 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated technical expertise
- Ability to facilitate workshops in both French and English
- Project management skills
- Familiarity with finance solutions (ERP, EPM, BI) used by large corporations and mid-sized companies
- Strong understanding of information systems
- A passion for challenges and the ability to adapt to a wide range of environments
- Dynamic, curious, and proactive, with the ability to make recommendations
