About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients’ finance departments in continuously improving their performance
Contribute to the reorganization and digital transformation of the finance function
Optimize performance management and monitoring
Streamline, redesign, and formalize internal processes
Deliver business analysis and project management assistance (AMOA) assignments and support change management initiatives
Conduct diagnostics and implement solutions such as Anaplan and OneStream
Set up finance functions for new business activities or legal entities
Industrialize management reporting using Power BI
Review costing models
Deploy cash-flow forecasting models
Facilitate workshops and independently deliver assignments with appropriate supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
At least 4 years of professional experience
Ability to facilitate workshops in both French and English
Project management skills
Familiarity with finance solutions (ERP, EPM, BI) used by large companies and mid-sized enterprises
Good understanding of information systems
A passion for challenges and the ability to adapt to all types of environments
Energy, curiosity, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
