About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support large corporate and mid-sized clients with their management control challenges
  • Work within clients’ finance and operational departments
  • Deliver management control and performance management support assignments
  • Contribute to the preparation of month-end and year-end closings and the budgeting process
  • Design new management reporting dashboards and redesign management accounting structures
  • Perform special projects related to mergers and acquisitions or reorganizations
  • Deploy data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
  • Develop skills and experience across various industries, organizations, tools, and projects
  • Work independently with guidance and opportunities for career progression within the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree from a business school or university
  • Master’s degree in Finance
  • 2 to 6 years of professional experience in management control roles, including internships, work-study programs, international volunteering assignments (VIE), or permanent positions
  • Professional expertise in management control
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Business-level English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advantage: experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, SAGE, Navision, etc.)
  • Advantage: experience with a consolidation tool (HFM, BFC, Tagetik, OneStream, etc.)
  • Advantage: experience with EPM/BI tools (Board, Pigment, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
