About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support major corporate and mid-sized clients
  • Work within clients’ finance and operational departments
  • Contribute to the preparation of period-end closings and the budgeting process
  • Design new management reporting solutions and redesign cost accounting structures
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments related to mergers and acquisitions or reorganizations
  • Deploy data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
  • Develop skills and experience across a variety of industries, organizations, tools, and projects
  • Work independently with support, guidance, and opportunities for career progression within the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree from a business school or university
  • Master’s degree in Finance
  • 2 to 6 years of professional experience in management control roles, including internships, apprenticeships, VIE assignments, or permanent positions
  • Professional expertise in management control
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, SAGE, Navision, etc.) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of a consolidation tool (HFM, BFC, Tagetik, OneStream, etc.) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of EPM/BI tools (Board, Pigment, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage
