About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Identify opportunities to add value to accounts
  • Understand clients’ business, disease areas, and brand/product strategy
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with clients and the internal team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with the Director, Operations
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability
  • Serve as the conduit between clients and the delivery team
  • Report to the Director of Client Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising managing the development of HCP and/or DTC promotional campaigns
  • Experience with new product launches and label updates is a plus
  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, continuously delivering successful marketing solutions and achieving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Candidates must be located in NY, NJ or PA
