About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing
  • Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability
  • Provide project management of internal resources to ensure project delivery
  • Report to the Managing Partner, Innovation and Growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency
  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships
  • Experience delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in project management systems and tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to work Eastern time zone hours
  • Candidate must be based in the United States or Canada
