Key responsibilities & impact

Join a task force supporting a German distribution network operator in Dortmund
Clear the processing backlog in device and feed-in (Einspeiser) processes in SAP following the transformation to S/4HANA for Utilities
Fix data errors in device processes that block M2C (Meter to Cash) and grid connection processes
Work through structured work lists based on expert analysis of error patterns
Help reduce the backlog of installations stuck in the process
Reduce errors in focus topics defined by the BNetzA (German Federal Network Agency)
Advise and implement independently within the grid connection task force (Taskforce Netzanschluss)
Handle customer requests related to device and feed-in processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the energy sector, ideally with supplier switching processes (master data models and metering concepts)
Process experience in market communication, device management or energy balancing
Solid experience with SAP IS-U / SAP S/4HANA and SAP MCM Cloud
Good knowledge of the IS-U data model (backend tables)
Technical affinity, willingness to learn and interest in new topics
A team player mindset: hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented
Fluent German and English, written and spoken
