About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Teach a full load of typically three undergraduate courses, approximately 18 credit hours per year, in areas including management, strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, and related subjects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Student of Christian Science
  • Supportive of Principia’s guiding statements
  • Master’s degree in a related field required; PhD/DBA preferred
  • 5 years of professional experience
  • Ability to be an academic generalist, teaching multiple areas within the discipline
  • Classroom teaching experience or work with college-aged students preferred
  • Mid- to senior-level leadership experience is a plus
