About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide remote and on-site technical support (N1/N2)
- Deploy and standardize user devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals
- Support Samsung and Dell equipment and thermal printers
- Configure BIOS, RAID, and NVMe, and install corporate Windows environments
- Perform basic network administration and diagnose TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
- Support authentication, BitLocker, and corporate policies
- Set up corporate environments and points of sale (POS)
- Deploy and configure kiosks
- Provide support during the opening of new locations and logistics environments
- Support the Bling ERP system and other corporate systems
- Configure and support live streaming
- Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
- Assist with inventory, IT asset management, and process documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in IT or a related field
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Experience with remote support tools and end-user support
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of information security and data privacy
