About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accurately and timely record daily accounting transactions and invoice entries in the ERP system.
- Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing invoices through the myDATA portal for regulatory compliance.
- Assist with preparation and submission of VAT returns, withholding taxes, and other statutory tax obligations.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable, bank transactions, and other accounting entries.
- Cross-check monthly payroll reports for calculation accuracy.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for corporate records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable activities.
- Support financial operations within a dynamic consulting team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Very good knowledge of Greek GAAP.
- Knowledge of myDATA.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development.
- Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).
- Experience with EnterSoft ERP highly appreciated.
