About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run day-to-day priorities for a team spanning UX designers and frontend web developers, including offshore contractors
  • Manage bandwidth, unblock work, and QC output before it ships
  • Own the PRISM+ web experience end to end across product pages, collection pages, homepage, cart and checkout UX, campaign and sale pages
  • Brief, review, and ship website improvements with the development team
  • Maintain the experimentation roadmap; prioritise hypotheses, launch tests, analyse results, and report monthly
  • Deliver web changes, promotional mechanics, and assets for the promo calendar
  • Coordinate with e-commerce, brand, retail, and CRM to ensure campaign pages are vetted and live before launch
  • Prepare new SKUs for launch, including PDP builds, master slices, thumbnails, renders, marketplace listings, and launch assets
  • Coordinate daily with e-commerce, brand, retail, operations, and customer service
  • Oversee BAU for mobile app UX, marketplace storefronts, and occasional print or retail collateral; direct and QC team execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in UX or digital design with at least 2 years leading a team, ideally in e-commerce or D2C retail
  • Strong Figma skills and the ability to jump into design work yourself when needed
  • Proven CRO or A/B testing experience, writing hypotheses, working with developers to ship tests, reading results honestly
  • Comfortable managing developers and technical work (Shopify experience a strong plus)
  • Calm under a packed promo calendar with hard launch dates
  • Decisive; able to make calls without waiting
  • Experience with mobile app UX, Omniconvert or similar testing tools is a plus
  • Exposure to AI tools in design or CRO workflows
