About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support recruiting efforts for a dedicated client account to ensure timely, high-quality hires
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
- Assist with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing
- Support internal projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that contribute to the growth of PLS
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus
