About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape one clear enterprise story for the product: what it is, why it matters and how it is different
- Centre the story on the individual, their relationships and the experience, rather than product features
- Set a distinctive visual and verbal direction
- Define messaging and marketing principles that lead with the experience
- Build a consistent foundation for marketing, product introduction, onboarding and the wider participant experience
- Produce implementation guidance for internal marketing teams, including messaging frameworks, content updates, customer journey applications and priority actions
- Collaborate with experienced specialists across the organisation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior experience across creative strategy, brand strategy and proposition development
- Proven ability to turn complex ideas into a simple, compelling customer story
- Track record of leading with the experience and the “why”, rather than defaulting to feature-led marketing
- Experience developing a strong positioning and creative platform from which others can execute
- Confidence connecting brand, proposition, visual identity, messaging and customer experience
- Fresh external thinking, combined with the ability to build on work already completed
- Experience-led marketing or brand transformation experience
- Events-sector experience is helpful, but strategic and creative calibre matters more
