About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Privia’s Operations Team, care centers, and vendors
Support growth of care center cost savings related to discounted pricing for medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and other goods and services
Manage participation reports
Conduct calls with new Operations Team members and care centers about available savings opportunities
Conduct recurring calls with vendors to manage contract linking status and completion of cost savings analyses
Support Privia’s corporate procurement functions as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred
1+ years experience working with procurement
Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Written and in-person communication skills
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
For remote workers: minimum 5 MBPS download speed and 3 MBPS upload speed, acquired prior to employment
