Build and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps tied directly to business goals and operational needs
Turn operational problems into clear requirements, scoped milestones, and prioritized backlogs
Research market trends and competitor tools to identify practical product opportunities
Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and progress to leadership and operational teams
Lead the launch of AI and automation features that solve workflow and operational problems
Propose build-versus-buy decisions with engineering, comparing model accuracy, latency, and vendor costs
Establish testing and evaluation to catch hallucinations, verify data quality, and maintain model reliability
Enforce data privacy and security rules
Assist in managing product budgets with strict cost discipline
Write business cases for new features showing expected payback, operational savings, or revenue impact
Calculate and track unit economics for transactions and workflows
Measure realized ROI after launch and modify or discontinue features that do not meet cost and return targets
Run projects independently, clear roadblocks, and manage cross-team dependencies
Write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering implementation
Define, track, and maintain SLAs, system uptime, and performance metrics
Engage stakeholders to understand pain points and turn feedback into practical fixes
Perform sprint planning and maintain backlog health in partnership with engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of full-lifecycle product management experience delivering B2B SaaS or healthcare software products
2+ years of product experience defining, launching, and managing AI or machine learning features
Proven track record of hitting the ground running in high-pace environments
Experience managing product budgets, tracking cloud or API costs, and proving positive ROI on delivered features
Strong technical foundation to discuss API design, architecture trade-offs, and token costs directly with engineers
Solid background in agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management in Jira
Ability to dig into complex technical problems and make decisions independently
Must comply with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and patient privacy requirements
Minimum 5 MBPS download speed and 3 MBPS upload speed for remote work
Must acquire the required internet speed prior to the start of employment
