About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the Prague Data Science team
- Help build and shape the Prague office
- Set team standards for work quality and interpersonal conduct
- Develop team members through trust-based management and structured feedback
- Set meaningful goals and create conditions for high performance
- Support onboarding of new joiners
- Balance project capacity and flag resourcing risks
- Coordinate staffing with Munich
- Keep project budgets on track
- Deliver complex data science and process intelligence projects from idea to completion
- Design scalable, simple, sustainable, secure, and maintainable solution concepts
- Use process mining, AI, and advanced analytics to optimize business processes
- Translate data into business decisions and measurable client impact
- Build client relationships and align expectations with delivery
- Identify opportunities for additional value within existing accounts
- Contribute to long-term client success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- Strong hands-on skills across data engineering, modelling, and front-end delivery
- Experience ideally in a process intelligence or BI tool
- Business mindset and ability to apply technical work to business applications
- Ability to design scalable, clean, and sustainable solution architectures
- Confident communication with clients and senior stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working across a CZ/DE setup
- Strong alignment with company values and leadership principles
- Process Intelligence background is a plus
- Celonis experience is a plus
- German and/or Czech is a plus
- Previous technical team leadership or management experience is a plus
