About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and optimize core and support processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation potential
Gather, cleanse, and prepare event log data from multiple source systems
Build data visualizations and dashboards using Celonis, Process Intelligence, and related analytics tools
Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and roll out process improvements in areas such as supply chain, logistics, and finance
Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate insights and share best practices
Lead data-driven process improvement projects from analysis through implementation
Gain cross-industry exposure across manufacturing, technology, retail, and other sectors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable field
Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems
Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
Ideally, first experience with process consulting or process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, or UiPath
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business value
Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
Entrepreneurial, curious, and agile mindset
