About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner directly with product managers to understand product vision, identify business challenges, and participate in discovery
  • Drive execution of the product roadmap, translating customer needs, market direction, and business goals into delivered work
  • Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and QA to bring products to market
  • Produce feature-release documentation, including release notes, knowledge base articles, and internal enablement materials
  • Align with product managers on success metrics, track usage, and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Triage bugs and drive prioritization, resolution, and status communication back to the business
  • Use AI throughout the product lifecycle, including research, story writing, prioritization, design, and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product experience, including product owner, business analyst, and/or execution-focused product responsibilities
  • Technical acumen with APIs and integrations
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in third-party risk management or rating/scoring platforms preferred
