About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for the stable operation of the server and storage infrastructure, as well as the backup environment
Management and further development of the Windows infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and SCCM
Design and operation of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
Ensuring performance, availability, and IT security across the network and firewall infrastructure
Analysis, prioritization, and sustainable resolution of incidents in 1st- and 2nd-level support
Continuous optimization of the IT environment
Management of hardware and software for clients, mobile devices, printers, and telephony
Supporting users with questions about the applications in use
Further development of IT and support for smooth operations in production, administration, and business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT training, such as training as an IT specialist for system integration; a degree in computer science; or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience
Solid practical experience in at least one of the areas of responsibility listed above
Willingness to learn about adjacent topics and continuously expand your knowledge
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Ability to maintain an overview and set the right priorities, even in complex situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Friendly, service-oriented manner when interacting with employees and users
Very good written and spoken German
Basic English skills
Interest in current developments in IT and enthusiasm for evaluating and meaningfully integrating new technologies
