Key responsibilities & impact

Work on ProductWind’s Enterprise SAAS platform used by large brands to launch products
Work on ProductWind’s mobile app for creators joining campaigns and connecting with clients
Work with the Head of Product and development team to deliver, test, and hand off new features
Promote adoption of completed features through training tools and documentation
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch projects
Deliver written product requirements and UX requirements while developing product expertise
Spend 25%+ of time between Product and Go-to-Market, supporting sales proposals, product questions, and data stories
Join sales and client calls for discovery, demos, and renewals
Capture customer feedback and translate field insights into platform development

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years experience in product management, program management, solutions consulting, or analytics
Strong understanding of the product development process
Comfortable working with performance data in Excel or Google Sheets
SQL is a plus
Ability to explain complex ideas simply, in writing and live on a call
Comfortable with senior stakeholders at enterprise brands
Experience building Enterprise SAAS products or E-commerce or Social products
Proven ability to own products or projects end-to-end
Experience working with product, UX, engineering, and sales teams
Strong product and UX instincts
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
Critical thinker, fast learner, and strong collaborator
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
