Key responsibilities & impact

Conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations, sales, new services, and client-specific needs
Implement and test processes within workflow automation software
Validate functionality and ensure reliable execution across connected systems
Analyze existing processes and identify improvements in efficiency, task delegation, timelines, and automation
Review and optimize processes according to PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements
Create, revise, and maintain SOPs for internal use and client engagements
Translate processes into visual diagrams using tools such as LucidChart
Ensure processes align with PM Ops Standards and industry best practices
Implement measures to maintain consistent service quality while handling custom scenarios and exceptions
Champion continuous process development and improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to promote efficiency and innovation
Monitor emerging tools in the property management technology stack and recommend solutions for client engagements
Walk clients through implemented processes with confidence in this hands-on, client-facing role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Property management operations experience, including operations management and implementing, coordinating, or improving processes across leasing, resident services, or maintenance, and/or a high degree of technical capability building automations, workflows, or CRM systems
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English with clients
Experience with workflow automation software
Ability to design, implement, test, optimize, and document processes
Experience creating and maintaining SOPs
Experience creating clear visual process diagrams using tools such as LucidChart
Knowledge of PM Ops Standards and industry best practices
Ability to handle custom scenarios and exceptions while maintaining consistent service quality
Ability to assess emerging tools in the property management technology stack
