About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage deployments from start-up to close-out
Manage new client implementations, from client input gathering and requirements specification through development and delivery
Prepare requirements documentation according to agreed team procedures
Manage implementations to achieve successful outcomes for internal and external customers
Advise on specifications, cost, timings and implementation of customer solutions
Produce timing plans with resourcing managers and key stakeholders
Provide timely and proactive updates for all deployment pipeline projects
Monitor and track assigned setups against planned time and cost
Communicate project updates in relevant Slack channels
Advise stakeholders on project status
Follow Deployment team best practices
Analyse risks and issues, communicate avoidance and take mitigating actions
Identify and help resolve deviations from agreed scope
Manage change control for implementations
Initiate and implement best practices and continuous improvement
Assist with onboarding new colleagues
Enhance knowledge of Profitero+ products and services
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Insights, Product, Data Acquisition, Data Enrichment and QA teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years experience in project management, managing high volume of small projects with short stints
Proven track record in project management
Formal Project Management methods
Sound understanding of eCommerce, eBusiness tools, architecture, document management and database management
Microsoft Project, Excel and Word at intermediate level
Excellent organisational, decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise and delegate
Multicultural awareness
Excellent communication skills, including a good standard of written and spoken English
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a matrix structure and inspire high team spirit
Dynamic and initiative-taking personality
Good adaptability and flexibility
Ability to work well within a team environment
Full right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided
