About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all aspects of client operations and engagement as the primary advocate for health plan clients
  • Coordinate and drive client meetings aligned with client needs and goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of Health Plan experience in client success, sales operations, or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and desktop AI tools such as MS CoPilot
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and make independent decisions
  • Creative problem-solving and consensus-building abilities
  • Confident presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in healthcare for women, infants, and families
  • Clinical background is a plus
